Our front desk is open 8am to 5pm every day. Checking in late? When the restaurant is open, a server can help you until 9pm; after that, we'll leave check-in directions for you. Our after-hours line is 800-585-3387.
Hotel guests enjoy 15% off brunch at The Charlotte Restaurant, once a day during their stay, served 8am to 2pm.
Small dogs are welcome for a $50 pet fee per night. Please never leave your dog unattended in the room.
A stairlift serves the second floor and needs a small amount of mobility. Let us know when you book and we'll place you on the second floor.
Park on North Street, or in the municipal lot just past the hotel. Turn left onto King Street and immediately right.
